List — the default, sortable rundown. Board — Kanban-style columns by status, good for a quick "what's stuck where" glance. Timeline — tasks laid out by date. Log — every create/edit/status-change/delete, searchable (typos okay). Notes — paste raw meeting notes and turn action items into tasks in one go.
Meeting Notes → Tasks
Paste or type notes, one line per point, then tap Parse into action items. Lines with "-", "[ ]", an @Name mention, or a date phrase ("by Friday", "tomorrow", "20 July") are pre-checked as action items. Review each row — tick/untick, edit the title, tap names to assign, set a due date — then tap Create tasks. The original notes are saved below so you can find them again later.
Initiatives
Give a task an "Initiative" (e.g. "Rosemary Cracker Launch") to group related tasks together. In List view, tap 🗂 Group by Initiative to cluster tasks under their initiative with a done/total progress bar — useful for tracking a multi-step project without building a whole separate project system.
Filters
All / Mine / To Do / In Progress / Done filters combine with the priority filter (🔴 High / 🟡 Medium / 🟢 Low) and, if projects are set up, a project filter too — they all stack together.
Good to know
- The search box is typo-tolerant — a small misspelling still finds the right task.
- "Mine" filters by whoever is signed in on this device.
